2021 comes tomorrow. A clean page for a new chapter? OK. But every day is a chance to write more of our story... Look over your shoulder to the past year(s)...... can you see how far we've come? I can! We've gone from whispering nervously about vaccines to blasting our message via megaphones, from hiding in the 'closet' to chanting from podiums and marching en masse for freedom. Not to mention blogging, posting, tweeting, holding seminars/ workshops/ educational demonstrations. Always researching. Re-thinking 'school'. Protests, 'political visits', rallies, gatherings, connecting, organizing. Making new, forever friends. What have I missed? So much! And while we used to avoid the lightning rod topic of vaccines, now we initiate conversations with strangers... "Do you know you can't sue a vaccine manufacturer?" "Do you know the ingredients in vaccines?" "I believe you if you say a shot hurt your child." What good is knowing what we know if we don't carry the message to others? And pretty loudly, evidently? Now, a much bigger part of the world is discovering what we already knew. Sometimes you have be a little different if God picked you to make a difference. No regrets speaking up & out. Zero. Ever. And no matter the date on the calendar- or who your President, Senator, Assemblyman or Governor is- TRUE change will fall to US- just the regular (exceptional!) people delivering the truth to other regular people. If you have watched the Election hearings in MI, PA, GA and AZ, you see... regular people are the best soldiers of truth, imperfect delivery and all. In these past 15 odd years of reflecting on how I first came into this when my choice to say 'NO' to vaccines for my kids was denied, I see this year so clearly, so encouragingly. The future for us is blindingly bright. I am so proud of all the lives that have touched me in this both heartbreaking and heartwarming journey. Bring on 2021!! Are you ready?? I am!! See more

(80% of protein comes from meat/fish source). The skeleton Dogs have fours legs, humans have only two. Our arms are not meant for supporting the body weight, but for other things. For this reason, our shoulders are very flexible. We can turn our arms in almost any direction. Dogs have a completely different construction of their shoulders. Their shoulders are only supposed to move in one direction, to support the body moving. Their shoulders are not meant to be twisted out from the body, and their shoulders are most defi...nitely not meant to have the body weight carried by pulling them! They are meant for supporting the body, not for having the body hanging in them. Why this is important? Because most people do a lot of harm to their dogs by lifting them as they lift a human baby, in the arms! The dog's shoulders cannot handle this kind of stress very well. You risk doing some severe damage to the shoulders and its ligaments when you try to lift the dog in the front legs or by putting your hands up under the dog's arm pits.
