On Friday, June 18th, Avalanche will be closed to observe Juneteenth as a day of reflection. Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day and Emancipation Day, celebrates the end of slavery in the United States in 1865. Avalanche is a place that we value and maintain a diverse and inclusive community where all employees, clients, and vendors are treated fairly and equally.

Happy National Doughnut, Donut day. The holiday was started to honor the tradition of the Salvation Army serving doughnuts to soldiers since World War I. Female volunteers, named donut lassies served donuts to soldiers serving overseas in World War I. After the War they continued to serve donuts at places like the Doughnut Hut in New York City’s Union Square and at fundraisers. What will your company create or invent today!
