Come get back in the swing of things ... we've had a break, now, it's time to practice. 2/18 @6:30 PM join us for some good exercise, mental challenges, hard work, and fun.

So... we are going to hold off for another week due to the number of people on quarantine. NO practice 2/11; here's hoping for 2/18. If you need help in training, give us a call.

NO practice on Thurs., 2/4! Don't forget you can practice at home; there is always a way! Hope to be back on 2/11.
