A blast from the past ! These are vintage quills from Swaffarco in Springdale, AR. These are hand silk screened with micro flecks to mottle the quills . These were then over dyed . Originally designed with the help of Bill Black ( then owner of Spirit River & Umpqua founder ) and Rene Harrop . These are many years old and were recently found .
