Do you want results for a summer or results for a lifetime? So many people jump into working out only wanting to look better, be thinner, be leaner, and they’re so obsessed with the outcome that they never develop any skills or retain any information about fitness or nutrition. They just want to go through the motions until the results come. But then what? What happens when you lose that 20 lbs, do you just stop? What happens when you travel or have to come back from an injur...y or sickness? What skills and knowledge did you attain that you can apply to reach your goals? Understand that working out is a skill that needs to be developed Just chasing the result will only get you that one result Developing your skills will get you the results you want and allow you to keep them long term Always trying to increase your skill and knowledge will keep the fire and motivation going because you’re never done Does that mean you need to go study?
