We just have to follow stric...tly the safety protocols to protect everyone from this ongoing Covid-19 pandemic problem 1. Avoid close contact with customers (social distancing). 2. Wear Mask and gloves at all times during this activity. 3. Schedule your time appropriately in coordination with the driver's expected arrival time. 4. Fill out completely the informations on the declaration forms, date and sign. Put it inside an envelope including your payments and place the envelope on top of the box. 5. Move the box to a place where the driver has easy access to pickup such as front doors, porch, driveways, garage, etc. Minimize entry inside the house. Additionally, please follow the rules in packing your boxes. 1. Do not overload your box. The leaf to cover should meet both ends before you apply the tapes. Huwag Buntis. 2. The weight limit is now being monitored by the shipping company. The driver will determine whether acceptable or not. Call my office how we go with this adjustments. 2. Securely tape your box. First, by using a duct tape then tape it over again with clear tape. The edges where you cut the tape make sure to wrap it around. This will avoid the tapes to loosen or peel off during transport. 3. Label your box legibly and ready to go. 4. I suggest before the driver leaves request an extra empty box to have it readily available for you on your next shipment.
