I will be teaching Pilates mat this Wednesday the 28th at 67 Atlantic at 5.30. But no Friday class. It's both Good Friday and the start of Passover. See you Wednesday, I hope.

I am cancelling this evening's class. It's really nasty out there and will keep snowing all day. Hope to see you Friday.

I'm teaching mat classes again this week at WMA Karate at 67 Atlantic Ave. Wednesday March 14 class, at 5.30 and Friday March 16 at 4 pm.
