Congratulations to the Notre Dame girls soccer team for winning the 2020 Section V class D2 championship tonight. Many of these young ladies have played for Batavia Soccer Club. We couldn’t be more proud and happy for their win.

Congratulations to the BHS soccer seniors! Both teams celebrated their seniors at VanDetta stadium this month. Many of these seniors have played for Batavia Soccer Club since they were five years old. We wish you all the best in your future!

Our friends from Attica Soccer have come up with an t-shirt design to commemorate the cancellation of the 2020 season. Different styles of t-shirts are available. Hello, It is with a heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of the 2020 summer soccer season for the Batavia Soccer Club. We know you are as disappointed by this news as we are, but with the cancellation of RDYSL and other restrictions relating to group size and social distancing, we didn’t see a path forward for the 2020 summer soccer season. Some expenses have already been incurred and paid for the summer season, such as insurance premiums for players, background ch...ecks for coaches, etc., The soccer club is covering some of these costs but as a volunteer, not-for-profit organization, we are unable to absorb all expenses. Therefore, we are offering pro-rated refunds to all players as outlined below: U3-U4 Paid $40 Refund $40 U5-U8 Paid $75 Refund $75 U9-U10 Paid $100 Refund $100 U11-U12 Paid $125 Refund $105 U13-U16 Paid $150 Refund $130 U17-U19 Paid $160 Paid $140 Please click on the following link by Sunday, June 14th to indicate in which manner you would like your refund. You will need to complete a separate form for each player registered within your household. http://bataviasoccerclub.com/programs/Season-Cancelled-Form You have three options: Donation: We are a volunteer run, not-for-profit organization and we rely heavily on registration dollars to fund our Club. If you are able to apply your summer registration payment as a donation to the Club, this will help us continue to provide programming to our community in future seasons. Credit: If you would like to request a future credit, we will create a household discount that will be automatically applied to a future season for the player who was actively registered for the summer. Reimbursement: If you would like to request reimbursement of summer soccer fees, we will process refunds as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that we have 700 players registered in the club and the reimbursement process is a manual one. Our credit card company has a 7-12 day waiting period for refunds. Therefore, we ask for your patience with this process. Any reimbursement would be made via the method in which you paid. For example, if you paid by check, you will be refunded via check, which will be mailed to your home address. If you have any questions or concerns, please email [email protected]. Hello, We were notified today that RDYSL has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 summer soccer league. RDYSL is the league through which our U11-U18 teams play their summer games. The Batavia Soccer Club board is meeting on Sunday night to review this information and the current guidance from New York State West Soccer and US Soccer to determine if we can proceed with a summer soccer season.
