3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 3 Houses from the Atlantic Ocean Pleasant, comfortable, clean, 3 Bedroom's, 2 Bath's, "Florida Keys" Style Beach House, 3rd House from the OCEAN!!! This house is a True Beach Cottage styled after a Florida Keys Style Home with Classic White Picket Fence. All bedrooms are air conditioned, as well as the spacious living room area. One bathroom inside and one bathroom outside, enjoy your outdoor shower! White Picket Fenced-in front yard and backyard. Backy...ard has plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy!! Front yard has lovely sitting area while the backyard has large attached deck with huge couch, dinning table, umbrella, and outdoor BBQ grill. Beautiful white sandy beach, no cars, kid-friendly, classical summer living at the beach!! Everything you need is already available to you, all kitchen items, washer and dryer, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, bicycles and more! Weekly rental: Check in on Friday after 3:00 PM - Check Out Thursday by 11:00 AM. However, you may request to arrive early and leave your belongings on the deck while you go for a walk, to the beach or into town. Similarly, you may request to leave your possessions on the deck on Thursday afternoon and stay a bit later.
