I am currently taking orders for Whole Smoked Beef Brisket for the Christmas/New Year Holiday Season. The Brisket will be smoked to perfection, vacuum sealed and frozen with detailed warming instructions. Average size is 7.5lbs and cost $127.50. I’m currently taking Thanksgiving orders for our smoked boneless skinless turkey breasts as well as whole smoked turkeys. The turkey breasts average 3 - 3 1/2 lbs (cooked weight) and are $38. The whole turkeys are 15 - 17 lbs raw weight and are $75. Please call Phil Morgan at 704-9266 if you are interested
I usually stay out of politics for obvious reasons, but I’ve decided to throw my support to this candidate because of it’s appeal to all Parties (Graduation, Birthday, Wedding, Baptism etc)
Yesterday was our pre-order cook for turkey breasts. We had a customer send us a pic after carving off a few tastes late last night. Also, several customers had us vacuum seal some breasts for freezing. Thought you would enjoy the pictures.

What Motivates You? Everyone has that person they look up to. For me it’s Miss Tootsie, an 85 year old Pitmaster for Snows BBQ in Lexington, Texas. Snow’s BBQ has twice been named best BBQ in Texas among 2000 restaurants. The most interesting thing about cooking BBQ now, is not the fact that I do it as a business owner, it’s the people you meet, the smiles you see, and the friendly faces that get etched in your memory. When I work a 16 hour day cooking BBQ for our great ...customers, it’s all about making people happy and doing my absolute best, every time. We need more people like Miss Tootsie in our lives. Let’s take a step back and listen to the story of our lives. Appreciate one another and thank someone for the little things in life. Let’s help one another through these tough times. For our pre-order cook today we got a lot of nice stuff smoking. 12 Briskets On the Shirley patiently getting tender for a number of our great customers. We also have 24 ribs on and 45lbs of pulled pork. Thought you would enjoy the pics
I’m at Sunset Bay with my Brother in Law Ted helping him BBQ a bunch of great food for a friend’s retirement party. Brisket, Ribs, turkey (netted) & chicken. I’m just a worker bee and enjoying it. Been cooking since 10pm last night. Here is our set up

It’s a beautiful day to cook some ribs. Thanks to all of my customers for making this happen
We’re smoking up a little pork, only 84lbs. Cooked it overnight using my temperature controller so I can sleep a little. The top line of the graph is the cooker temperature and the 2nd lower line is the meat temperature. Thought you’d enjoy the pics.
