No...t only have we lost this beach access at Terrace, the Surfside Place "creek" was transformed into a pipe, and is now spewing out bacteria right onto our beaches. Our partners at Concerned Citizens of Montauk tested this outfall pipe this week, and although the EPA recommended health limit is 104 colony forming units/100mL of enterococcus (a fecal indicator bacteria), they found 14,136.
