I am working with our church who provides our community room and our yoga alliance to prepare for a safe re-entry back into our practice. I will schedule a virtual meeting soon to discuss our plans. I promised to entertain you a little over the next few weeks (All we can do is HOPE and PRAY that it ends there.) This morning we'll incorporate a little fun and math into our practice. OK, you Seniors and soon to be's, I would like you to answer the question, "What is an acute angle?" Tease your brain and do a little research if you have to but NO cheating by looking at the other responses!

As our classes are cancelled and we move through these troubling times in social isolation, I will be posting yoga snacks to foster your mindfulness and possibly entertain you. Stay tuned for more right here from the BEAR’s den for your recess!
