What a busy, busy week! All of these beautiful houses welcomed home their new owners!!! Congratulations James, Chelsea, Jackie, and Stephanie!!!! I can't wait to see what changes happen to make them yours!!!!!

New listing hit the market last night! :) : 233 E Sullivanville Road Horseheads, NY 14845

Wow, wow, wow have I neglected this page! While many of you have seen me out in public or are friends on my personal page, some are not. I apologize to those who have stuck with me on this journey of all things real estate and want you to know how much I appreciate you!!!! <3 In 2019, I was personally able to help 13 people/families achieve their real estate goals! It was a goal of mine to help at least 1 person/family a month as I obviously have a huge passion for our KWSTFL... Productivity Coaching Program and seeing others succeed. I'm SO proud to announce that agents in the PC Program helped 22 people/families! The agents in the program are generally brand new, so this is a HUGE accomplishment for them! Another side to me that a lot of people don't get to see is my love for volunteering, in particular as a Co-President of my daughters' Parent Faculty Organization (PFO) and Book-Fair Chairperson at their schools. The Fall Book-Fair at each school was the most successful they had ever been meaning the teachers were able to use our rewards dollars earned from each fair to put more books into their classrooms and send home with students! I raced my ATV to one of my worst year-end finishes ever but learned a lot about myself, my machine, and the importance of who I choose to surround myself with. I watched my husband and daughter both grow into incredible competitors as they raced their machines to their best year-end finishes to date. Racing continues to bring such life lessons to our family--I can't imagine life without it. Finally, our littlest babe started her school journey. It's been so fun hearing about her day and how silly her classmates were, often reminding me of the days her older sis would come home full of pre-k giggles. They truly do grow so fast, unfortunately. So, as I self-reflect on 2019, I'm extremely proud, grateful, blessed and honored for the journey I was able to take. Dear 2020: Progress, not perfection. <3
