We created this great little laundry room in what was an unfinished basement in Chappaqua, NY. White painted shaker style cabinetry with a quartz countertop, farm sink and laundry rollout space at the washer and dryer side and shoe cubbies with a stained wood bench seat, wainscot and coat cabinet at the other. We also designed a wainscot wall with hooks along the entry from the garage.

This New York City Kitchen with very limited space has been made to feel more open with light monochromatic grey colors, LED undercabinet lighting and narrower appliances than what you’d normally see in a full size kitchen. Cabinetry up to the ceiling makes sure there’s plenty of storage. This kitchen includes new Shaker Style Overlay Cabinets painted in Sherwin Williams Lazy Grey, new quartz countertops, new Franke sink with new Kohler polished chrome faucet and soap dispens...er and new polished chrome hardware. The new bathroom has an open frame vanity base in chrome that sits on the carerra marble basket weave tile floor. All bathroom fixtures are polished chrome. After removing the existing tub, there is a new shower with carerra marble hexagonal floor tiles, a new teak shower seat and new sliding glass shower door which allows the light in
