This hits me right in the feels as I am now back into my treatment room with clients having less time for social media. During this shutdown I had a lot of extra time to create videos and content to share with you, and I loved having the time to do that. These things can literally take hours to do! But, I have to remind myself that it is okay to not post every single day and do ALL of the social media things to grow my "Insta followers"... I know that I love my job, my client...s, and helping them achieve the results they have been hoping for. That to me is the most important part out of "my job". I am one person and I just can't stretch myself so thin that I am no longer the best I can be in the treatment room which is where I need my performance to be 100%, not behind a screen. I still plan to share content and create videos when I have additional time, it just might be a bit more spread out versus every single day, multiple times a day.
