Monday, December 21st Happy Winter Solstice & The Great Conjunction Global meditations and celebrations will be held throughout this night, to honor and celebrate the return of the light. As we prepare to pay our respects, let us set today aside to remind ourselves to slow down and pause in the darkness. There are so many ways to honor this special night. The spiral of a labyrinth represents going inward on our own journey and then back out to the world. The evergreens rep...resent the strength of nature that can endure the cold winter nights. Candlelight symbolizes eternal love and can be placed inside a cut apple to remind us the seeds of potential in all of us. Whether you walk the labyrinth, sit by a fire or candleight, or look to the heavens that will shine bright light, choose to reflect, perhaps plant new seeds, prayers or intentions for all of humanity including you. Welcome with gratitude the Winter Solstice and The Great Conjunction. As above, so below.

Heads Up! December 21st, 2020 The Great Conjunction The Great Mutation A New Era & A New Element... Star of Bethlehem Centuries in the making and destined to shine, when Jupiter and Saturn come together in the sign of Aquarius, this will represent the end of an Era and the beginning of New with a whole new approach. The only Total Solar Eclipse of 2020 just occurred in Sagittarius who's Ruling Planet is Jupiter. Saturn has been in Capricorn for two years and just yesterday, finally moved out of Capricorn. This experienced and disciplined duo will ALIGN in the sign of Aquarius to form one blazing point of light known as The Great Conjunction. A cosmic gift during the holiest time of the year. Jupiter and Saturn have a pattern and relationship of forming their conjunctions in the same element for 200 years. Water, Fire, Earth and Air. On December 21st when they are the closest they have ever been, they end the Earth element to begin a new cycle in Air. Technology maps Saturn & Jupiter back to the 1200s and Galileo Galilei in 1623 but... the two planets paired 'near the Sun' so you couldn't see them. 2020 will be the first time anyone will witness The Great Conjunction and although this duo does conjunct again, they will not be this close until the Year 2080. No coincidence this celestial event occurs on the shortest day and longest night, the Winter Solstice. Written in the stars to appear several days prior to Christmas being called the Star of Bethlehem. This shift is setting us up for the next 20 years focusing on humanity. Viewable through the naked eye, add binoculars or a scope to see the colors of Jupiter and the rings of Saturn. There will be signs in the Sun, Moon & Stars (Luke 21:25) and we are very fortunate to end 2020 with a blessing as The Great Conjunction. Spectacular!!! Happy Planet Gazing. You are now entering the Age of Aquarius.

Postures will be done in this context and for preparing the body for comfortable stillness. The Relaxation practice is guided with a specific intention to experience a deep and subtle reality within. The meditation technique is based on an age old and presently applicable practice based on the Yoga Sutras. Happy Halloween Heads Up! Full Blue Moon in Taurus Uranus Conjuncts Taurus Saturday, October 31, 2020 10:49 am ... There are events that happen once in a blue moon and (hopefully) 2020 is one of them. Whenever two full moons occur in a single month, the second full moon is christened as a Blue Moon. This will not happen again on Halloween until 2039, 2058, 2077, 2096 (notice a 19-year pattern). This full blue moon occurs in the sign of Taurus a representation of Mother Earth and let's not forget the sign that sits in the Sun, opposite the moon, Scorpio known for deep secrets and the underworld. As the full blue moon rises, Uranus will tightly conjunct Taurus and is the planet of rebellion, freedom, shocking surprises, & liberation so absolutely no doubt 'electrified Uranus' is at odds with stable Taurus. Libra is already weighing in on this moon 'trying' to balance the scales of Justice and is sitting in its home planet Venus (love). So what does this cosmic energy mean? This rare lunation will focus on uncovering the underworld & everything that is around you that is hidden beneath the surface will now illuminate up close & center. Heads Up! always says, "just because you can't see it doesn't mean its not happening." It's time to evolve and not repeat. It's truth time. And if you look back on all the posts of 2020 in the Heads Up! blog beginning with the Capricorn Stellium, there's been quite the patten of intense events that followed and unfolded. Pretty wicked! Expect several delays in counting of ballots. Mercury is retograde and is moving at snails pace. It will go DIRECT on Nov 3rd Election Day but it takes time to gain speed. And with that said, since Mercury is retograde and Uranus loves plot twists, don't take the bait in revisiting old patterns of behavior or relationships that no longer serve your highest good. Get the closure and let it go. Set your intentions. Farmers Almanac names this full moon Hunter's Moon. So on this day: Happy Hunting, Full Blue Moon, All Saints Day, All-hallows, Samhain, Halloween. May all the good of this transformational energy, on the spookiest day of the year, make it's way to you.
