SHABBAT SHALOM! 6 Cheshvan 5781 Genesis (Bereshit) 6:9-11:32 Isaiah (Yeshayahu) 54:1-55:5 For me this is like Noach’s flood. Just as I swore that no flood like Noach’s... would ever again cover the earth, so now I swear that never again will I be angry with you or rebuke you. 10 For the mountains may leave and the hills be removed, but my grace will never leave you, and my covenant of peace will not be removed, says Adonai, who has compassion on you. Tonight, Shemini Atzeret begins, Sukkot 8. Torah: Deut. 14:22-16:17 + Numbers 29:35-30:1; Haftarah is 1 Kings 8:54-66. Please join us at the synagogue or live broadcast on YouTube at beitshalomutica at 7pmET. This ancient feast ordained by Adonai Himself in Torah has become a day to pray for life-giving rain, which has become a metaphor for the Living Waters of Yeshua to flow in revival in our own time. In that expectant hope - SHABBAT SHALOM!

Today - Tishri 21, 5781 - is Hoshana Rabbah - Sukkot Day 7. We hold it is prophetic of Yeshua, our Messiah, and it meaning is a mystery to many even to this day. But when Sukkot is fulfilled on That Day, its meaning shall be clear to all, as Zechariah 12 prophesies: When that day comes, I will seek to destroy all nations attacking Yerushalayim; 10 and I will pour out on the house of David and on those living in Yerushalayim... a spirit of grace and prayer; and they will look to me, whom they pierced. They will mourn for him as one mourns for an only son; they will be in bitterness on his behalf like the bitterness for a firstborn son. 11 When that day comes, there will be great mourning in Yerushalayim....
