Attention Taxpayers! This year we will need a copy of every tax payers driver's license. This is for security purposes, to ensure less room for error when filing your taxes. We don’t want your money getting into the wrong hands!

If you are receiving medical insurance then you need proof of insurance. Form 1099 A, B or C will be sent to each taxpayer from their insurance provider. This form can be from your employer, or should be mailed from your independent insurance provider. Bring in that form with your documents to the tax professional.
