The end product of my most recent design / renovation is starting to take shape.... I think I'll hang around this one for a bit more.....

A great structure is born from a solid design.

Two and a half years in the making... still a few minor design tweaks to make, furniture to order, displays to build, electronics to install, graphics to hang and beer to brew but...... the finish line is in sight! 105 years of history never had so much reporpused attention!

A homeowners labor of love has just completed this 2 year long face-lift and addition into a modern, historically accurate residence. This is one of the last remaining homes of the historic Frost Town lumber mill area of South Bristol. As a tribute to this isolated mountain top town of the 1850's, I took my design ques from the original farm house structure melding design style, textures, mass and colors to expand onto a quite challenging sloped site. The result is a beautiful statement of form, function and much needed utility that will stand the test of time for generations to come.

All of the elements of my final design are coming together, construction is well underway for an early summer opening.
