We love our customers! Thank you for this great review! Mr. Bentley and his crew were fantastic. When Bill said he was going over the house with his crane, I said won’t that be a problem? Bill said he does it all the time. This I had to get a video. When I told friends and family they didn’t believe me. Yes, the boom went over the house, the hook dropped down and a few minutes later it came back up with one of his crew attached who put a very heavy strap around the top of th...e tree. The man repelled down and a few minutes later the tree started to go up in the air and over the top of the house and Bill put it down in the street and a couple of his crew started to cut branches and the boom went back over the house. WOW very impressive!! Nothing was damaged. All 6 trees were cut down and over the top of the house. Other crew members were cleaning up the yard of twigs, they raked up everything, the mess was gone twigs were gone. Bill and his crew started about 1:00 pm and were done and gone by 6:30 pm. The crew and Bill were very professional and when I need tree service again I will definitely call The Bentley Tree Service. See more
