The Lawn Mowing crew leader is responsible for managing a crew of 2-3 people in our Lawn Mowing department, as well as operating a plow truck or equipment for snow removal. Bergman Landscaping, LLC is a growing lawn care, landscaping, and snowplowing company located at 5590 Davison Rd, Clarence. We value a strong work ethic, an eye for details, and a passion for our work that makes every day enjoyable. The candidate will work with others to ensure equipment is clean, fueled, ...and well maintained, that team members on the crew complete work at a high level of quality in a safe and timely manner. The foreman will drive the truck from site to site and throughout the day and work alongside the team to set an example of efficient and high caliber lawn mowing service. The foreman will report to the owner with all issues encountered in day to day operations. The foreman will be given a take-home truck in the winter months for snow removal. This is a year round, salaried position. Summer hours (April-November) will range from 40-50. Winter hours will range from 0-40. The candidate must have previous lawn care/landscaping experience, a valid NYS Driver's license, and 2 years driving experience. Previous management experience is preferred, but not required.
