If your a resident of New Paltz, you know it's a very special place that needs to be cared for. I think (yes... subjective) this is a viable way to keep New Paltz beautiful. It won't hurt existing residents and has a fair value level exemption on new purchases/transfers. If someone wants to live here, one would hope they would want to invest in it's protection. Great idea. These picnic tables are step up in the Post Office Plaza parking lot on Main Street just west of Chestnut Street. They're great for dining out and welcoming visitors to our Great little Town.
