Here is a new product we now offer for mold staining issues on unfinished wood surfaces (attics and basement ceilings). When performing a mold remediation on unfinished wood surfaces, it has always been nearly impossible to remove all the mold staining which is left behind by mold growing into the wood surface, until now! Anabec's Systems Stains Remover will remove the stains that mold growth can leave behind, leaving your attic or basement looking like the mold was never there! This may be an especially attractive product to use for people looking to sell their home or other building, that may have a mold issue. Call us today at (518) 533-4888 for more information!

Make sure you use licensed mold assessors and mold remediation contractors if you have concerns about mold in your home or business. In New York State, it is now the law that all mold professionals are licensed through the state. A certification from an organization like the IICRC is also recommended, as the state licensing training courses are not extensive.

There have been many changes to the Mold Remediation industry in New York State over the past 13 months. You can find a detailed description of the changes and laws which now govern the industry at: www.labor.ny.gov/workerpro/safetyhealth//mold-program.shtm. Throughout this time, we have been working with many mold professionals in the Upstate New York area, to create a non-profit organization, the North American Mold Professionals Association, or NAMPA. The goal of NAMPA ...is to ensure that all licensed mold professionals receive the most accurate industry training, while making the public aware of mold education along with the importance of using licensed mold professionals. The New York State Department of Labor, which governs the mold industry throughout the state, has now agreed to use NAMPA's mold remediation and mold assessment standards of practice, along with training courses to license individuals in the mold industry throughout New York State. You can find more information about NAMPA at: http://www.nysaomp.org/. We are very excited to be a part of this great organization, and we look forward to continuing to improve the service we provide, as the BEST mold remediation service in New York State! See more
