We are so thankful for all of you! Our creative and caring staff, our patient and understanding parents, the vibrant community that supports and nurtures us, and above all our amazing students. Thank you for growing with us and helping us shine and seeking balance and harmony with us. We are truly grateful.

If you're currently scrolling through your newsfeed for inspiration for a side dish to your turkey...here's a 16 year old kid asking for clothes because he has difficulty affording them himself. This year has been hard for everyone, but there are some it's been even harder for. We are extremely thankful for a strong community that has joined together to donate over 300 articles of winter clothes and gear to various charities over the Capital District, including Things of My Very Own - a non-profit corporation that provides crisis intervention services and programs to children in emergency situations, specifically, those who have experienced extensive abuse or neglect. No matter what you are doing this holiday season, we hope you are warm, fed, and thankful

Thank you so much for your support of our Toasty Toes Drive! We collected over 300 items, and are able to share cold weather gear with the YWCA of the Capital Region, City Mission of Schenectady, Things of My Very Own, and members of our BCS community. Thanks for spreading the warmth and helping everyone stay cozy outside!

Today is World Kindness Day be a rainbow and be kind! How can you be a rainbow in someone else’s cloud? How has someone else been a rainbow for you?

The outside is for everyone, and everyone deserves to be warm and cozy while they’re playing! The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee at BCS is running a Toasty Toes drive to collect gear for the community. New and gently loved items can be dropped off in front of the school until 11/13. Long underwear, sweaters, coats, boots, accessories for all ages we’ll find a good home for it all. Thank you for your support!
