You asked for it, and we're delivering... a new chia bowl recipe we ! Super fast to make, super nutritious, and super delicious. Ingredients: cup almond or coconut milk 2 tablespoons chia seeds... teaspoon raw honey teaspoon vanilla extract 1 small sliced peach 1 tablespoon sliced almonds Handful of fresh blueberries Directions: Stir the milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract. Let sit for 15-20 minutes, stirring once or twice in that time. One it sets a bit (the chia seeds will plump), cover with blueberries, peaches, and almonds. Store in the fridge for at least 1 hour and enjoy!
