I'm home today, so I installed the garbage disposal I've wanted for the past couple years.

Window replacement. (The vinyl window I removed was bowed from spray insulation, nailed shut, had a crack in the glass,and wasn't even screwed to the frame)...new vinyl double hung window and window trim. The trim just needs some prep and paint!

No more "flickering" light in 150 yo downtown Buffalo home

New exterior hand rail. (Old metal pipe replaced with treated wood).

What is happening?...how come 2" x 4" x 8' just cost me $8 at Value Home Center? (I only needed 5 feet. Can I return 3?)

Bathroom remodel's plumbing, shower base, and floor is done. The shower is next!

Bathroom faucet replacement.

Progress report on minor bathroom remodel: the original shower's hot and cold water lines were backwards--turn on the cold water handle and hot water would come out! Not good...And, I had to reinforce the floor under the shower.

Vinyl (peel and stick) flooring on shed floor.

Friend's elderly mother's kitchen sink drain replacement (new strainer, vertical downpipe, and horizontal downpipe)

Small project Wednesday: 1. Jammed garbage disposal. 2. Kitchen sink handle replacement 3. Window blind install

Shut off valve/4" pipe/supply line replacement under laundry sink

Gutter elbow replacement (old steel one rusted out)

Storm door repair. (The wind blew it off the frame. I fixed the aluminum trim, reinstalled the door and added a closer, chain and catch)

Electronic/keyless door lock x2

New fence (50' long) installation

The existing fan was at least 20 years old...new fan and wall switch
