Students at Stevens Elementary were asked to write what they are grateful for. Here is what a fifth grade student in Jess Rzeszotarski’s class wrote:

We are thankful. I am thankful for my resilient and appreciative students. Nature was our best friend while studying how Native Americans once lived. -Sara Niedziejko

We are thankful. "I am thankful for the perseverance and grit my students displayed while working on the distributive property during math." -Sara Verga

We are thankful. "I am extremely thankful for my POD Teacher, Jen Shea. She set up our 2nd pod when we recently moved classrooms. She made it look inviting for all students when they arrived on the first day in their new space." -Megan Bill

We are thankful. "I'm thankful for my amazing students who are always motivated and willing to learn new health education skills!" -Kathy Henry-Starace
