Hey Big Puffers! We hope everyone is staying healthy and safe at home! We had some website issues with taking orders lately. I just reconfigured some things and it’s back running with a quicker guest checkout option. Every order will say pickup but if you want shipping add the $7 shipping charge to your cart and make sure you type your address in the message box! Any more issues or questions please call or inbox! Also Jamestown store is closed today but will reopen tomorrow morning if anyone’s been trying to call today. Anyone who is picking up curbside please use proper distancing measures. Big puffs Jamestown store will be open today from 10-5. We are taking this seriously so please bare with us. We will be offering curbside pick up and mail ordering for our customers to stock up before the mandatory shut down. Come out today and support your local business. Please make sure you have IDs ready and understand no one is allowed into the stores. So please be patient as we work through this day. We are all facing the same circumstances and it’s going to be tough on everyone. However there is a day when life will go back to normal. As of 8pm tonight Big Puffs Warren location had to close and we will remain closed until we get the ok to reopen. We did our best to stay open in hopes that our customers would have time to stock up. But the government now made it mandatory for us to close. Be safe and we will get through this! For the time being Jamestown location will be open tomorrow and Saturday 10am-5pm. Orders will be taken via phone call or text. and we will bring it outside to you. 716-352-9835. but again we don’t know for how long. Things are changing and fast. Stock up now it doesn’t hurt to be prepared!
