Today I took local no spray raspberries and NYS peaches out of the freezer and made a lovely jam that will be used for the jam bars....a taste of summer on a shortbread crust with oat streusel topping. Three years ago our first online weekly menu went live! Well over 100 menus later and with hundreds of different dishes prepared we want to give a huge thanks to our customers. Some of you have been there from the start and some of you have just discovered us. We have made so many friends along the way and feel privileged that you let us bring our food into your homes. We also want to thank our community of farmers and local producers for making our endeavor a success.
