Midnight musings Most people say perfection doesn't exist and to strive for it is to set yourself up for failure. I disagree. There can be perfection in anything and its usually so fleeting you may not even notice it. Perfect is different for every person and in every moment. Your perfect down dog today will not be your perfect down dog tomorrow. This is because in that moment of perfection you learned a little bit, changed a little bit, and became closer to your future perfect self. So where ever you are, right now you are perfect. And now. And now. And now...

I know its hard. Its scary, and annoying. But just hold on. Together (separately) we will get through this.
