Beautiful classes tonight, Yogis! Nothing beats the power of a practice that meets us right where we are at. Whether you are doing 10% or 100% of a yoga pose, as long as it feels good to you, you are doing it right! We are blessed to come and move and breathe together in this beautiful space. Please join us next week for the newest addition to our yoga schedule! Yang/Yin Yoga Experience, Balancing Energy with Relaxation! The class will start at 4:30 PM on Thursdays. The fir...st 45 minutes will be a Yang-Style moving meditation, with a Gentle Vinyasa-Style class followed by a 15 minute pause. The remaining hour will be a yin-style class. A combined class for the cost of 1! We hope to see you soon. Stay healthy and make time for yourself! Namaste. <3

It was another wonderful class last evening! The heat was great! Thank you, Sandy, for a great class, as always. I needed it, and I needed to sweat and push myself! Hot yoga is so good for us, body and soul! More people need to come check it out! We have such a beautiful and peaceful space! <3
