Excited to introduce a new program at BYLB, led by FAITH IN CHILDREN Founder, RAQUEL MURRAY. Mondays 830PM-930PM - FREE (please pre-register at [email protected]). Raquel is a mother of five, wife, mindfulness and family constellation facilitator, speaker, and founder of Faith in Children, a nonprofit organization founded in 2010 that has being serving international communities with basic needs, mental, emotional and physical health for 10 years. Raquel is in the field... of mindfulness since 2016. Since then, she has helped develop projects, including Faith in Children’s Mindfulness Education Facilitation and Sponsorship Program in New York, to provide free mindfulness practices to children, teens and adults with a combination of meditation, yoga, mindful movements, games and art. She believes that individuals have their own inner light and with some support they are able to dive deeper into themselves to find tools to live a more conscious and fulfilling life. As a mindfulness facilitator, Raquel uses integrative approaches, such as breathing and mindfulness exercises, positive psychology, visualization, and sound meditation (instruments used: crystal singing bowls, shruti box, rain sticks, drums, tuning forks). Jacqui joined The Ivy Standard 26+2 Teacher Training in Lehi, UT, led by former yoga champion and beautiful human being, Brandy Lyn. From 10/10/10 to 10/10/20, we have journeyed, sweated, laughed and struggled through postures, injuries, personal, community and world events - our practice continuously remaining a steady and trusted friend. I am grateful for the love, support, resilience and dedication our BYLB yogis have shown through these times shared together. I am thankful for our unique team of teachers, past and present, who have given their voice and compassion to our students.
