Huge shout out to Cindy Kovarik from Kovarik True Value Hardware for her VERY VERY GENEROUS donation of over 100 Breakfast Sandwiches to our area hospitals! We are coordinating delivery with Hospital Heroes Meals Binghamton, who have done a fantastic job organizing meals for health care workers. In addition to Cindy's donation, The Bagel Factory is MATCHING IT DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR!... And now, in addition to our twice-weekly donation to Hospital Heros, we are also announcing that anyone who contacts us to buy a donation for Hospital Heroes, WE WILL MATCH IT! DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR! Join the fun and donate! Donations can be anonymous or you can donate as a tribute or in memory of specific people or groups. We are happy to announce that we now have a functioning DRIVE-UP window! This window is for picking up PHONE ORDERS ONLY, providing another layer of safety for you and your family! Got a hankering for one of our famous BACON, EGG, and CHEESE sandwiches? Just call it in. Feeling more like a freshly made WESTERN OMELET? Just call it in. Need a dozen bagels and some cream cheese? Yup, you guessed it...just call it in! (and don't forget we are the "Home of the 15 bagel dozen" all day every day!) Of course you still have the option of coming in the store to pick your order up and browse our drink cooler and snack selection (all while observing safe social distancing protocols). And if you forgot your phone you can come in and place your order in the store as well. We do not have the ability to take orders at the window so if you can't call it in, please come inside to place your order. Be safe everyone, respect each other's space... and eat lots of bagels!!!

In light of the current COVID-19 situation we encourage you to phone in your orders (607-770-9083) and we will have your food ready to pick up when you arrive. For your safety and the safety of our staff we have a sanitation protocol in place that is recommended by the CDC and approved by the Broome County Health Department. Due to the snow storm, THE BAGEL FACTORY will be CLOSED on Sunday, January 20. We will re-open at 6:00 AM on Monday, January 21.

Due to the incredible snow storm we will not be open on Wednesday, March 15. Please be safe as you shovel out from under the snow! We will see you all on Thursday!

Well, now that there is a state of emergency we will be closing at 11:00 for the safety of our employees. We will open at the usual time 6:00 AM tomorrow Wednesday!
