Welcome back BU! Phi Chi Theta is kicking off the recruiting season with Case Tips & Coffee with Ascend Binghamton and PwC. If you would like to brush up on your case study skills or just meet people, make sure to drop by this Friday! Breakfast is served.

Kaitlin Rutledge--Vice President of Entrepreneur is the E-board of this month! Congratulations! Kaitlin, a senior Economics major student, is the perfect example of what a true leader is all about. She started her journey at Phi Chi Theta Spring 2016 and actively involved since then. As an "entrepreneur", she always sees the big picture, knowing where the fraternity is headed, anticipating the next move. Her passion of leadership is the fuel that sparks our growth. Kaitlin i...s an effective leader and she looks both inward and outward for answers, whether the fraternity is trying to solve a large, general problem like surviving or developing, specific one like recruiting. She is always the creative force and motivate members to grow. She believes "Happiness is the ultimate end goal" and always interested in what is going on in the world and never stop learning. We are positive that she will continue to find great success in her future. Congratulations once again, Kaitlin!
