Birthright of Plattsburgh was blessed to receive a donation of maternity coats from Fur Design. We wanted to share our good fortune. Besides giving out to local moms to be, we shared with sister Birthright organizations, pro life organizations in the Diocese of Ogdensburg and the Hour Children program at Bedford Hills Correctional.

We are so blessed to have wonderful volunteers at Birthright. Joan has volunteered for many years and loves putting together the layettes we give to new moms. We are always in need of shampoo, baby lotion, diaper cream, wipes, bottles, pacifiers, rattles, booties, crib sheets and blankets.

Birthright of Plattsburgh would like to thank independent Usborne organizers Karisa Orr and Brittany Bowen. Karisa and Brittany obtained 50 donations of $25.00 each to purchase 50 cuddle bear books and matching bears. Usborne matched that donation to provide another 50 books and bears. These items will go into the layettes we provide for moms and babies. With Karisa and Brittany are Birthright volunteers Mary, Sally, Darlene and Kathy.
