Blissful Life Yoga

Thank you to all the wonderful yogis who joined me in practice this morning at North Shore Library! You worked so hard with such joyful spirits...I feel blessed <3 I'm looking forward to more stretching and smiling same time next week. I wish you all a wonderful time until then :)

Hi all! If you have been following this page and noticed a lack of activity, c'est vrai! There has been a total lack of involvement! However, these fallow periods give birth to great creativity, focus, and growth! So I have come back to this page realizing that limiting the Blissful Life to one aspect is limiting. I am expanding this page to encompass all the bliss I find; to bring all the joy and expansiveness I can to this Facebook world. I might be posting a little about Isagenix(my fave fitness products), a bit about beauty, much encouragement. I hope we all enjoy it! Remember a foundation of happiness and love can support many pillars!

On this fun, noisy, holiday weekend....may we find some moments of silence <3
