Although we are still an elite MMA destination in Rockland, our focus has turned to Boxing (both recreationall and competitive). Come in and take advantage of our 2 month Boxing contract. We hope to have an actual Boxing ring installed very soon. Getting back to MMA, we recently placed 2nd in a Hudson Valley Tournament held in Hillburn.
