Factsabout me you may not know- I’m a story form- I grew up watching my mom battle type 1 diabetes and my dad was like a Dr with the way he monitored her health. Two years ago a few months after my parents celebrated 50 years of marriage, my mom had a stroke and has slowly regained her mobility to walk without a walker but her upper body strength unfortunately has not even 50% returned. My dad, 71 years old, with instructions from my mom has helped her style her hair since her stroke. The love dad has for mom is so beautiful. I am so thankful for both of them- I am thankful to each of my clients that have understood when I have to take time off for family- because this RIGHT HERE IS PRICELESS

Shout out to this chameleon named Ciji VanDyke This year our house burned, we are rebuilding, it’s been a rough ride & there is still more to do but it’s getting done! When it burned the real estate agency Ciji is with donated sheets, towels, pillow cases, wash clothes, and few other essentials. As the holidays hit, I was a bit overwhelmed with emotion because of one particular Christmas card I got! It said Merry Christmas! You guys were one of my first clients back in 20...12 and just wanted to thank you and let you know how much that meant to me! Have a happy, healthy, and safe holiday season! Ciji VanDyke We bought our country home and tried to sell out city home. It was listed for over a year with no offers. We took it off the market & decided to just make it a rental. Months later it was to much and decided to list it again. I heard of this retail tycoon named Ciji. I contacted her and showed her out house on a Tuesday and signed the real estate agreement. On Thursday she called and said she has 3 showing on Friday. I gasped with disbelief but didn’t get my hopes up- well, an offer came in that night, I told her it was a little to low and if the buyer could come up by X-amount we would be happy. Y’all two hours later, Ciji called- she said the buyer agreed on one term...that we sign the papers tomorrow because she wants to move in in 30days I am so eager to share this because Ciji sold our house in 3 days and VanDyke Agency LLC sold a home to my sister and my brother and so many of my friends! I think we are often nervous about selling or buying a home- this year of all years was the year this real estate agent sent a card (with some fabulous coffee mugs & hot cocoa too)- I can’t imagine why other than to say she has a good heart, great smile, and honest business ethics! As 2020 comes to an end I know many are looking forward to New beginnings in 2021- if you are selling or buying a home, I encourage you to contact this real estate tycoon because Ciji may be ever changing her hair but her business ethics are rooted in consistent results!
