A new box will be on your NYS tax return this year that you can check off to help support mental health awareness. Through this campaign the money raised will be used to create a public awareness and the stigma associated with mental illness. The money will go directly to the NYSOMH who and varies nonprofit groups to determine how to best allocate the funds. Hope this works.
