Coronavirus Update We at Bo-Ki-Bo fitness are continually monitoring the Situation. Your Safety is our priority, although we are diligently cleaning all equipment, we are encouraging our clients to also use all safety measures as outlined by the CDC. (cdc.gov for continually updated information) Please clean equipment before and after use, We are in this together. There is ALWAYS a risk. We can NOT offer a guarantee, nobody can. Group classes have been paused until furthe...r notice. We are looking at ways to hold group classes virtually in the interim, we will keep you posted on that in the coming days. Bo-Ki-Bo fitness is a private studio and not a large chain gym, because of this the exposure is lowered. We do have a cap on memberships and when we begin reaching capacity, no new memberships will be allowed until we are in the clear. This is to ensure not only a safer environment but a more pleasurable one. We will be continually updating everyone as things evolve and change. 2 successful Saturday Bootcamps this weekend, we are looking to do a free Kids Bootcamp this coming Saturday, we will fuse workouts with a Ninja Warrior obstacle twist. targeting noon, exact time and details coming soon....

We are now offering Monthly Gym Memberships !!! $50 per month ($45 for Military, Police, Firefighters, Teachers and Students) Membership includes 24-7 Access to the Gym as well as 1 Free Kickboxing or Bootcamp class per week, you can pick a new class each week.... As always, There are not Annual Fees, No Sign up fees, No Contracts, No Fine Print and Tax is already included in the Price. ***Update.... We officially have a location!!!.... Across the street from Arlington High school in Lagrangeville NY on the second floor of the dunkin donuts / Lorenzos pizza building... Pricing and schedules are on the way.... We have Personal Trainers, Krav Maga classes, bootcamp, Boxing, Kickboxing and Yoga right out the gate.... more to come!
