Yay micro greens! Starting to pop up just in time for the whole foods, plant based retreats starting in just 10 days.

New kombuchas to taste! Coffee, elder flower, maple syrup and lemon verbena! We made all without tea so the flavor really come through.

We start with soaking and sprouting our seeds then blend on high for about two minutes. The trick to this creamy milk is not to strain it!
