INTRODUCING.... Body PRESShur Fitness!!! Body PRESShur is a fitness program designed for those with a warrior mindset. It is not for the faint of heart, but for those who are hungry for change - to be better than their yesterday. Every class will provide creative, fun, challenging workout routines in an environment that promotes individual and group motivation. Brave participants will learn how to build ultimate strength, power, endurance, stability, flexibility and the secre...ts to physical robustness. Progression is at the core of it's values with the aim of leading people to break through the barriers they think they have. PRESS is an acronym for Power, Resilience, Endurance, Strength, and Stability. "Shur" is a Hebrew word for "wall." As believers, we are called to press in to Christ always through the Word of God and in prayer. That is how we break through the walls in our lives. We meet and exceed the resistant forces of the enemy by actively pressing in to our faith. When we persistently PRESS forward, we build in our spiritual power, resilience, endurance, strength and stability. Body PRESShur aims to apply the same mentality to physical fitness so we can become wholly developed athletes for Christ. Philippians 3:14 NLT "I PRESS on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us." We are currently located in the Buffalo, NY area with the first workout series launching August 22nd at 2327 Main St. Buffalo, NY 14214.
