Necessity being the mother of invention, I made a clamp on fencing spool for pallet forks. A few pieces of scrap, a cut down bent c clamp and 20 minutes of my time and this is what I came up with.

Here’s a shift lever repair from a Troy-Bilt tiller my grandparents bought 41 years ago, still being used by my uncle. This is the second shift lever I’ve welded like this, but with 4 decades of use it’s safe to say they don’t make ‘em like they used to. I went a little extra by welding the rod, then sleaving it to reduce material fatigue in the weak spot.

It’s been a long hiatus but here’s some work I’m doing for a local realtor. This is just a sample but I am able to make these signs for LESS than a similar Made in China sign and I’m using domestic steel.

Here's the latest completed project. Modified a bolt together trailer into a kayak trailer by extending the tongue and adding custom made racks to accommodate 4 kayaks.
