This just in: The #DesignTrend of the year is shiplap! What is #shiplap? The style of shiplap got its name and inspiration from ships. The overlapping joints are what made shiplap so great for boats it was tight and waterproof. This is why it also became popular in regions with harsh climates. Making your own wreath is surprisingly easy, requires little floral expertise, and can be more cost-effective than buying a pre-made one. Not to mention, you can dress it up however you’d like! Materials for your #DIYWreath: garland (a 20-ft one is quite standard) wire cutters... floral wire a metal hoop (or any other shape you’d like to create the wreath frame). Then, simply coil the garland onto the frame, layering it and wiring it all together as you layer. Then add any decor you’d like and voila! Have you made your own wreath? Do you have any insider tips to add?

And the icing on the cake that will make the process a whole less overwhelming: Find a #RealEstateAgent you can trust!
