We are pleased to let you know the Philips HeartStart FRx AEDs have been released from ship hold and should start shipping in early May. We are shipping AEDs in the order they were placed, and you will receive a separate notification when your device ships out. Because of the significant quantity of AEDs we have on backorder and the manufacturer’s production schedule, we expect to be able to ship all FRx backorders in about two weeks.
