We have an exciting new product in for our product of the week! This newly isolated yeast strain produces the same lactic acid found in sour beers without needing a bacteria culture! Plus, since it's a yeast strain it's hop tolerant, opening up the possibility of making a sour IPA! Stop by and learn about this interesting new yeast!

We have an interesting product of the week this week. It's a gently used speidel 7.9 gallon fermenter! This sturdy fermenter is fitted with a stainless steel spigot with internal dip tube, 2 extra spigots, and a stainless thermowell with digital thermometer. We're excited to announce that we are a part of this new homebrew club! We invite brewers of any skill level and even people curious about brewing to join us to learn about how to make better beer, collaborate with our beer recipe of the month themes, and other fun stuff!

It's product of the week time! This week we're showcasing our hop cage! This handy stainless steel contraption allows you to dry hop your beer with ease. Just add a few sanitizer marbles to the bottom, add up to 1.5 oz of hops, tie some sanitized floss around the hoop at the top, then lower it into your fermenter or keg. Get all that fresh hop flavor without the needing to worry about straining all the hop particles from your finished beer!
