Last year we had fun dyeing Easter eggs with natural materials. Order double yolks or other Brey's eggs for March 17, which will give you enough time to age your eggs for easy peeling in April. (Fresh eggs are a pain to peel for many folks.)

Evening though the cows seem to like the snow, we are certain they are just as excited for spring. It cannot get here soon enough!
