Gentlemen, Please join me for this 6-week online intensive aimed at addressing common challenges facing men today. Men’s groups are a way to connect with other men on a similar path, learn from and grow with each other, remain accountable for the changes you want to make, and to learn that you are not alone in your journey on becoming a better man. ... This work is not only for ourselves but for our partners, our brothers and sisters, our sons and daughters, our families, and our community. We do not have to let history repeat itself. Topics include: -Men's issues and embodied masculinity and presence -Tools for letting go and challenging limiting beliefs -Exploring relationships: relationship patterns, attachment theory, and attachment wounds -Parental (mother, father and/or caregiver) wounding, attunement figures, attunement and trauma bonds -Discussion on male initiation and moving from boyhood to manhood (no matter your age) -Neuroscience and biological aspects of stress, depression, & trauma -Anxiety and stress-management, depression, and getting "unstuck" -Learning to interact with emotions differently, recognizing emotions, reconnecting with the body as a resource and not an enemy -Post-traumatic growth -Identifying unhealthy ways to cope/avoid emotions: -Addiction -Workaholism -Distraction and obsessiveness -Compulsive sexuality -Dissociation -Masculine vs. Feminine energy -Exploring our inner parts -Exploring the shadow and shedding light on the shadow -Integrating and learning from our parts - -Breathwork -Mindfulness and guided meditations -Journaling -Learning to "hold space" for self and others. Family Roles work! Originally the childhood roles were written about addiction. Over the years the content has been more broadly focused on family dysfunction (not functioning optimally). These roles have a tendency to be so engrained that they become the unconscious fuel that drives entire parts of our personality. It is a great read! Check it out if you feel like ruining the rest of your evening

Purpose: How do you connect to yours? For me, it’s been a series of missteps, wandering off the path, and learning the hard way to let life gently guide me AND to actually listen. It’s been intentional living, follow through, saying yes, saying no, and the between state of trying so fucking hard and surrender. Purpose driven life creates meaning, a life worth living, and a sense of connection to something bigger. Could there be a destiny (not destination) for us all? How do you know you are living in your purpose? I’d love some thoughts on the topic! Comment away! #purpose #life #live #spirituality #awakening #love #journey

We (all living beings) must remember, witness, and embrace our light in order to acknowledge our darkness. Let this two minute clip; the embodiment of kindness, gentleness, and love be the juxtaposition of life in 2020. Let this light inside us be a reminder to be kind to each other, gentle with each other, love each other. Let it soften our edges, let go of fear, anger, and control, delete the hateful comment, say less, listen more, do something good for someone else even when no one is watching and If you can’t, figure out why that is, and get to work.
