We're highlighting the Broome County Forum Theatre's Stars Rod Serling was an American screenwriter, playwright, television producer, narrator, and creator of the television series the Twilight Zone, which ran for 5 years and 156 episodes. He was also the co-writer of the Planet of the Apes along with nearly 20 other television series or movies. He was the first person to be honored with a star on the Sidewalk of Stars and also has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He was inducted into the Television Hall of Fame and the Science Fiction Hall of Fame. TV Guide ranked Serling #1 on its 25 greatest Sci-Fi legends list.
