Broken Arrow Ranch

Our mustangs have arrived! They are settling in nicely. These are completely unhandled mustangs, so we have a lot of work ahead of us! The larger of the 2 is 3 years old and the smaller one is 2. We have confirmed from the brand that they came from the Snowstorm Mountain NV HMA. They were then transported to the Oklahoma holding pens as yearlings where they were adopted through the incentive program. Sadly, that owner sent them to the kill pens in Kansas once the one year of adoption had passed. There were 13 of them in the group. 6 of which plus, 5 from another group came up to NY. There was a lot that went into rescuing these mustangs from the kill pens. Many people pulled together and networked from all over the US to save these horses!
